Everyone at St Laurence School is special and talented, and these attributes are further nurtured and developed so that when the children move closer to adulthood, they have a firm foundation in Faith, in the joy of learning, and a stronger belief in themselves. At St Laurence School we encourage the children to celebrate their successes and achievements in all aspects of their lives, and we fully support them in their learning. We are a family who are open and honest, enjoy making and seeing progress, have fun in learning, and strive to do our very best.

In Spring 2018, Ofsted rated us as ‘good’.  In our most recent RE inspection, Summer 2022, we were once again judged as “outstanding”.  The staff and Governors are very proud of the pervasive Catholic ethos of our school and parents identify it as a strength of the school.
